Western NC Hurricane Relief – How You Can Help

Hurricane Helene has brought severe flooding and destruction to Western North Carolina. Our Emergency Response Network (ERN), in partnership with Crosspointe Church, West Fayetteville Baptist, Cliffdale Community Church, and Stoney Point Baptist Church is mobilizing to provide immediate relief to the communities in need, and we’re asking for your support.

Here’s how you can get involved:

1. Pray

Please keep the affected families and communities in your prayers as they navigate this difficult time.

2. Donate Supplies

** Update: We are not accepting donations at this time. Please see the updated Emergency Alert dated October 7th. **

We are accepting donations of critical items to support the relief efforts. These items include:

• Sports drink (powdered packets)
• Hydration packs (powdered form)
• Baby wipes, diapers (child and adult)
• Baby formula
• Bug spray, sunscreen
• Plastic utensils, manual can openers, trash bags (13-gallon or contractor)
• Non-perishable foods, cleaning supplies
• Plastic sheeting/tarps, toothbrushes, toothpaste
• Toiletries, sanitation items, pet food (dog and cat)
• Hand sanitizer, feminine hygiene products
• Heavy-duty work gloves, socks (unopened, all sizes)

We cannot accept: used clothes, HAZMAT items, most chemicals (including bleach), fuel, or flammable items.
